Zanthia and Team Hastings have outperformed industry standards year after year. In 2021 they helped over 110 families buy and sell real estate in the greater Charlotte, NC area. Zanthia and her team are committed to providing client experiences that keep their clients coming back and referring them to their families and friends year after year. Zanthia has been able to build a solid business and team because she has learned the importance of leveraging people, systems, and tools to execute on a high level.
Over the past 15 years, Zanthia’s community involvement has gained her recognition as an industry leader and property evaluation expert as she’s served multiple terms on the Mecklenburg County Board of Equalization and Review since 2009.
Zanthia also volunteers as a master coach for ANSWER, a local nonprofit committed to helping moms gain college degrees and the Residential Real Estate Council.
