Zanthia has been able to build a solid business and team because she has learned the importance of leveraging people, systems, and tools to execute on a high level.

Over the past 15 years, Zanthia’s community involvement has gained her recognition as an industry leader and property evaluation expert as she’s served multiple terms on the Mecklenburg County Board of Equalization and Review since 2009.

Zanthia also volunteers as a master coach for ANSWER, a local nonprofit committed to helping moms gain college degrees and the Residential Real Estate Council.
